Terms & Conditions 1. Price matching must be submitted by electronic form (below). Price matching will not be honored by phone calls or in-house retail store. Price matching is invalid on previously ordered products. 2. Price matching is not valid on the following: online auction sites, Amazon, sales, clearance items, or unadvertised prices. 3. Price matching is valid only for listed prices online of the product(s), shipping/handling fees, taxes and all other applicable charges. We will not price match with any company that is in violation of manufacturer's MAP policy. A MAP (minimum advertised price) policy prohibits resellers of listing a price for certain manufacturer's products under a set amount. For example, Aquascape products can only be sold at 80% of the MSRP retail price. Any reseller violating this policy will receive zero support from Aquascape and will no longer be permitted to purchase products, honor warranty items etc. Customers purchasing from these violating resellers will be 'stuck' with any products purchased if defective. We have a list of known online resellers that have been in violation of these policies and are well-known in this industry for their low-standards of business. These resellers are in jeopardy of losing their distributorships and support. We will not post their names on here for professional courtesy reasons, but we will not price match their prices (they will not be around long). Not all manufacturer's list a MAP policy. Some of the known manufacturers to offer a strict MAP policy are: Aquascape, Savio, Atlantic Water Gardens, and more. 4. The price match request must be from a legitimate company specializing in pond supplies. Home office store fronts and 'drop ship' companies will not qualify for this and we highly recommend customers avoid purchasing from them. HOW-TO SUBMIT YOUR PRICE MATCH REQUEST 1. Agree to all terms listed on this page by clicking HERE. A new page will open for you to input the information. 2. We will research your information and place a mock order of the product to gather information on the final price of the item including shipping and taxes if applicable. You will receive a response within 48 hours via email. We guarantee to match the price as long as it does not violate any of the terms listed above. You will receive a new link in your email to click on and proceed to a checkout page with that item and its new price. If we CAN NOT match the price and it falls within the terms you will receive a FREE GIFT of our choice just for bringing the product's price to our attention. We reserve the right to refuse any price match for any reason what-so-ever (but you will still receive the free gift if it falls under the guidelines listed on this page. Refunds will not be issued towards previous purchases.
